We have several nice houses for rent in South Aurora and Littleton Colorado.

General Information

RentalShowings:
For additional information or to schedule a showing of our homes
for rent, call our office between 9am and 7pm, 7 days a week at
303-663-1736.

Application:
An application and a $25 fee are required for each adult that will be living in the house.  This application and fee will qualify you for all our available homes for rent.  During the application process, credit will be checked, employment verified, and current landlord will be called. 

Bad Credit:
Ziedins Real Estate has rented homes to applicants with bad credit and bankruptcies.  We do not have a minimum credit score requirement or anything of that nature.  Instead we evaluate applicants individually and can make allowances for good people who have experienced an adverse situation which lead to the bad credit.   When multiple adults would be living in the house, the strengths of one can compensate for weakness in the other.   We place the most emphasis on rental history and  we will not rent to anyone who has been evicted.

Pets:
Most of our homes for rent accept 1 or 2 pets depending on size.  We do not charge a monthly pet fee.  A $200 refundable pet deposit is required.

Deposits:
The equivalent of one month's rent is required as a security deposit to rent a house.

Utilities:
All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.

Leases and Lengths:
