Drop Off: 

UPS Store,  located ½ mile west of I-25 and Arapahoe Road next to Albertsons.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month, but we will not charge a late fee if it is in our box by the 3^rd day of the month in which it is due.  Receipt of the rent between the 4^th and the 9^th of the month, a $60 late fee will be assessed.  After that, the late fee goes up to $120.

If you will be unable to make the rent payment on time, notify our office before it is due.
